The Passover feast is always
a very special celebration.
I was inspired by Malcha Zeldig’s
painting to interpret this
piece using cotton threads.
Jerusalem was inspired by a visit to Israel with my grandkids and family. As it is my homeland I wanted to commemorate the visit with this thread art piece and present it to my granddaughter as a gift for her Bat Mitzva.

Grandma Reading to Granddaughter
I used to love reading to them when they were little, now they are old enough to read to me.
Dreaming of Hannukah
Dreaming of Hanukkah was embroidered for my granddaughters. This was always our favorite holiday to celebrate together and they like to invite friends to hear me tell the story. We have transitioned and now my daughter Carley tells it and does a wonderful job. This thread painting is located at their home and I get to visit it when I see them.
Little Dancer
This is a Dina original made for my dancer granddaughter. Her toe shoes hang right under the ballerina located on her bedroom wall.
